Il Sogno - wine from overripe grapes
The name of this wine was chosen in honor of Giancarlo, who had studied it, thought about it and wanted it so much, but who unfortunately has never been able to taste it. The carefully selected grapes are left to dry for about 100 days and after four years of aging, it expresses all its complexity and harmony.

Rich and bright red colour.
Olfactory:
Its bouquet slowly unfolds, with a generous abundance of cherry, blackberry and plum jam, black cherry syrup and balsamic nuances. It is completed with hints of menthol and anise, giving breath to the spice of cocoa and cinnamon, combined with candied citrus peel, potpourri, mineral nuances and currants.
Flavour:
Soft and structured on the palate, the wine develops supported by tension and freshness, characterised by a pleasant savoury note and enveloping tannin. This perfect balance makes its flavour long-lasting and memorable.
