Olfactory:
Soft floral aromas, from violets to rose petals, taking on spicy and balsamic notes over time. Its finish offers hints of minerals and iron at times.

Elegant with a balance between freshness, barely outlined noble tannins and a subtle, infinite persistence of small red fruits, flowers and fruit jellies.
